If you need a priest to administer the Last Rites to a Catholic in danger due to serious illness or injury, please call the office at St. Ann Church (where Fr. Neely resides) at 615 298-1782. If it is an emergency, please select the "emergency line" option in their phone system.

You can leave a message on the emergency line after office hours for Fr. Neely or one of the other priests there. This number may also be used to contact Fr. Neely regarding the death of a loved one.

Please have the following details ready: 

• Name
• Location (hosptial and room number or full home address)
• Is the person Catholic?  Have they requested it?
• Is the person conscious?
• Phone number to call in case of getting lost or delayed.
